You're being kind of hard on yourself comparing your athletic abilities to a collie's. It's probably better at frisbee and herding sheep than you are, too. Me, too.
Add me to the list NFO. I love music but clumsiness and fear of embarrassment relegates me to the wallflower crowd. Bull in a china shop comes to mind.
They dance better than me, too; mine more closely resembles a drunken moose ... which is something you have to see to believe, unlike my dancing. Heh.
