The mainstream media would much rather report the slaughter of two young teens than the story of their heroic self-defense against a burglar (who may not have been breast fed as a child).
Good for that boy. He should get a bravery metal for protecting him and his sister.
Always a good day for a heart warming story. Notice how many times the commentator used "assault rifle"?
Lesson of this story - teach your kids early . . . . glad it worked out well!

Since the young man was defending his family from an assault, wouldn't it be better to start referring to EBR's as anti-assault rifles?
